If something’s wrong, we make it right

Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Active members can use an earned taste-exchange credit for a sealed LP in perfect condition, with no scratches, scuffs, wear or damage to the record, sleeve or packaging. A replacement ships only after we receive and inspect the return; customer-paid return postage applies.

Who is Cool Cat Collection for?

For curious listeners who want a stronger collection without turning discovery into another hour of scrolling.

How does the subscription work?

Choose 1, 2, or 3 sealed LPs in every monthly shipment, then choose monthly or annual billing. Every active plan makes you a Cool Cat Club member.

How are the records selected?

Your quiz answers, favorite artists, collection depth, discovery appetite, and the exact owned titles you supply create a working curator brief. Available inventory is ranked against those signals, known duplicates are excluded, and a human curator reviews and approves the final 1, 2, or 3 LP selection. Cool Cat does not send one generic monthly title to every member.

Why choose annual billing?

You pay once for 12 monthly shipments and save approximately one monthly payment. Exact savings are shown on each plan and at checkout.

Will I receive records I already own?

You can tell us what is already on your shelf. Duplicate protection is only as accurate as the collection information you provide.

What if a record arrives damaged—or simply is not for me?

Report damage, a defect, or a wrong item within 30 days and include clear photos. Once approved, Cool Cat supplies the prepaid return label without using an exchange credit. The replacement is released only after the returned LP is received and inspected. For a taste exchange, use an earned credit while your membership is active; earned credits stay banked until used. The LP must remain unopened and factory-sealed, with the record, sleeve and packaging in perfect condition: no scratches, scuffs, wear or damage. We ship a replacement only after receiving your returned LP and confirming it passes inspection. You pay the return shipping. After it arrives and passes inspection, the new curated surprise joins your next box at no extra shipping cost, or can ship separately for an added shipping charge.

How do payments work?

Choose a payment each month or one annual payment upfront. Both options include monthly shipments and standard U.S. shipping. Taxes and optional shipping upgrades are charged separately.
